A recent change to console UI?

You can still hold down L3 (analog stick) to get advanced descriptions on items, such as: mod tiers and rather you’ve completed a map’s atlas bonus. However, it’s been seemingly changed where the advanced descriptions no longer appear when certain windows, such as your stash, are open. It now makes the item’s normal pop up disappear completely.

You now have to close your stash or even remove an item from your stash completely to view things like mod tiers, to better price items, for example. What the deal with this?

This isn't an intentional change.

It's been reported over and over again as a bug, and GGG has said they're looking into it.

Yeah, I think they actually abandonned us. I mean we are 3 patches behind PC and i cant even imagine how low is the playerbase currently in league.
