You Are Not Allowed To Trade This League

I received this message today when I tried to buy an item from another player. Does anybody know why this would be the case?

Self self discovery mode? Yes... please don't tell me that's the problem and have to create a new character.

Yes, that's the problem.

It's called "SSF" aka "Solo Self-Found".

The Solo part means no grouping with other players, and the "self-found" part means no trading.

The good news is, if you want to trade, you don't have to make a new character.

You can migrate your character from SSF to the trade enabled league.

When you do so, be aware that you have the choice to migrate either just that one character (with what they are wearing only), or to migrate your whole SSF mode (including your stash and everything).

If you only have one character in SSF, you'll want to migrate the whole thing. Be careful about the choice.
