Trade blocked for nothing

"An error occurred.
Rate limit exceeded; Please wait 1800 seconds before trying again." This is the second time this league. I did not receive a short warning timeout, it shot straight to 30 minutes. I dont even know what I did wrong because there were at least 5-15 seconds between every search I made. My only guess is that I got my brother to join me this league. both of us get trade blocked when this happens, and we get no warning. it just makes our life hard. Why? What can we do to stop this? Issue keeps happening. WHAT ARE WE DOING WRONG?!?????
This didnt happen last league or the previous 14 leagues. |

Hiya, I'd suggest the following:
1. Ensure you are both logged into the Path of Exile website when trying to access the trade site. 2. Clear your cookies/cache and ensure you have no third-party applications installed on your browser or use a private/incognito mode. 3. If none of the above helps after your rate limit has ended please contact support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this further. |

Do not use ANY "trading" extensions whatsoever (E.G., Better PathOfExile Trading, or the TFT Trade Extension), as these send MULTIPLE search & fetch requests per action.
It's not limited to just those two that I listed. |
