MTX BUG ? Pls help.

I bought today Blood and Sand celestial effect, expectin a celestial circle around me like in the video

But....nothing....there is only an effect when u change the stance, but there is no circle like in the video. Am i doing something wrong ?

In the effect video I believe it should say which effect is applied to which skill.

I would like another refund please. I did not notice that, the name of the effect was all i needed to buy it, cause it looks very cool, but i dont use flesh and stone, cant even add it to build cause of to much mana reserv, i do use blood and sand and need it, and i already sent an email to support.
