Ultimatum boss encounter bug

Hi,

Found out that there is bug with flasks in ultimatum boss fight

Using "Used when charges reach full" enchant on flasks and in ultimatum boss room my flasks are not applying automatically.

All flasks have 3 charges when hit prefix modifier.

Also have been making sure not picking up "Cannot gain flask charges" modifier in encounter
