Random DCs in maps leading to map (And loot) disappearance.

Normally I'd keep any complaint I have, be it small or big, to myself but I've been facing a really frustrating issue this league. While mapping, the game would randomly DC. Thus far, this has happened less than ten times (Haven't kept an exact number).

The issue itself isn't in losing a portal (Which in some occasional scenarios would be detrimental) but in the fact that once I log back in I lose the WHOLE map. No more portals remain in my hideout, no portals in the Karui Shore zone, nothing at all.

To add more salt to the injury, it has just happened to me when I reached the boss map. As I logged back in, I've noticed that I lost ALL of my juiced loot save for the first coffin I looted before dying.

At this point I'm at a lose here, I have no idea when the DC would occur and wreck my loot AND my juiced map. Should I truly be using the portals to quickly dump all my loot just to be safe every few seconds?
