problem latency

The game always works for me at 40 latency, I have not touched anything on my PC, but some days this happens that I am going to comment on, the latency moves from 40 to 160 as if it took me to the US server and brought me back to Brazil , I have the Brazil server selected but I think that the game is moving me from server to server and my ping on a map goes to 40 then I go to my base and again it moves to 160 then I go to another site and again it changes and so on no I can return to 40 stable as I always play
