voices large cluster jewel is a myth

i stopped counting after 50 wave 30 sims completed with at least 5 rewards per wave, but voices do no drop this league, i dropped a couple 7 and 5s earlier in the league all with no more than 10 sims completed in between, now its been over a week of me grinding sims and i have yet to see another voices, did ya'll ninja patch the drop rate to 1 in a quadrillion sims? like this is ridiculous. no wonder they're at 3 mirrors for 1 passive voices......
