Omen use crashing the game

Any omen use crashes the game while on vulkan. Blanching is the easiest to reproduce. the soundfile starts playing and the game freezes

Vulkan's the issue. Use DX12. If you're on Linux, use the experimental Proton-GE package available via Steam alongside DX12.
