Crash to Desktop - Chamber of Sins - Act 2

I was in the Chamber of Sins, Level 2, and was fighting a named to release Helen (sp?). Crashed to Desktop (No Error Message) after defeating the named and clicking on what looked like a mad scientist's table with lightning arcing on it.

There seems to be some crashes going on to since the patching yesterday. I think they are deploying fixes. I encountered a similar type of crash, but in act 4.

I got back to the same location in the Chamber of Sins. Turns out I'm rescuing Helena from Fidelitis (sp?). This time I was able to click on the mad scientist's table and picked up a Baleful Gem. However, there was a glowing red scroll nearby - something device - and when I clicked on it I crashed to desktop, no errors.
I'm clicking on the table/scroll before I talk to Helena. I am not completing the trial. Not sure what other information would be helpful. |

Yes I've encountered a crash since I last replied to you, so I think the problems are not resolved yet. Normally the game is very stable, but there seems to be some disturbances at the moment. I rarely ever have the application crash, except sometimes in lab, which they fixed some time ago.

Third time everything worked fine (although Helena was missing). I assume because I picked up the Baleful Gem on my second attempt, before crashing, that I missed the dialogue with Helena. Good luck figuring out this bug...

I am doing campaign test runs, and today I crashed like 4x, usually after killing boss, or entering new zone.

Also crashing in A2 chamber of sinns lvl2 after talking to Helena and hovering about the item on the ground.

I have also experienced crashes in Act 4. It seems that whenever the main questline gets incremented, I crash.
Specifically, I crashed after defeating Piety in the Belly of the Beast. Reconnecting, doing the fight again, was able to talk to Piety. But then I crashed at the next point in the quest. Very strange. |

On a new run through I encountered this same crash, while interacting with the alter. I've listed, it in the longer piety thread where I've been listing other information.

I can't get to the doorway after Piety in the Belly of the Beast (to the Harvest?). I crash every time I get close. sad.
