Widowhail "bonuses" doubt

Hi, I have a doubt about what exactly counts as a "bonus" for Widowhail. I was thinking about using it with along Ahuana's Bite but I'm not sure if the increased damage taken by chill effect from the quiver will count as a "bonus" for the bow.
