New retaliation skills on controller not popping

Love the new retaliation skills the only problem i am having with them is, usually with any other skill that I need to repeatedly use, I have it on a back paddle on my elite controller so it pops when off cooldown. These are not behaving that way and would be amazing for qol if they did. Ggg please fix! Lol

New retaliation skills should be used without target, it really sucks that you got to "lock in" mob each time you use it.
And usually you dont want to move by pressing it while skill is on cooldown. At least give us alterating behavour. "Fix it soon becaise beong locked out of my wealth and my character puts a hold on me trading and bartering to increase my wealth" - Nameless Forum Poster.

It is odd that they require a target, and it can be quite disruptive to the controller gameplay. I agree it seems like they are in need of the "alternate behavior" checkbox. When they work, the skills feel great. Hopefully this is just an oversight and GGG will fix it, really enjoying the new skills otherwise! |

I agree. The skills only trigger while looking towards an enemy. I never had any issues with skills not working when I press a button. It is very frustrating.
