Why are some of the syndicate chest rewards timed?

Do GGG expect each of us to be some streaming no-lifer who recognize every scarabs by the graphics? Theres like 80 different now and we have like 6 seconds to make a choice This is hella stupid. Remove the damn timer already GGG.
