Any suggestions on next upgrades for Maurauder Chieftain SSF?

In Tier 15/16 maps, I'm having some tough time with damage - boss killing has gotten pretty slow.

There's also the inconvenient one-shots too, but I suspect that's probably affecting every build out there more or less and isn't just me, as my defensive stats are pretty good - at least not obviously how to vastly improve these with just the passive tree and such at this point.

I'm well aware that Cloak of Flame or Immortal Flesh would be upgrades, but they haven't dropped for me yet.

Mostly I think my weapon, gloves and other things could be better, but I suspect crafting is the answer now as what is dropping tends to be worse.
