New 3.25 Flicker Zerker (Meta)

Flicker Strike Meta build

Defence:
Tank Shaper Slams and out leech Shaper beams.

90% Max Res or 88% max res on Lvl 92 tree
59% Block
28% Spell block
20,000 Armour
23 Fortify (23% less global damage)
Taunt on hit (10% less global damage)
Flesh and Stone (21% less global damage)
7% physical damage reduction on shield
Take no extra damage from crits
Instant Life Leech from Vaal Pact (.2 seconds from low life to full life)
Sap enemies on critical strike (10% ish less global damage)
Cannot be stunned
Action speed can not be lowered
Effective HP pool is like 50,000 life. POB resistances not working so unknown.

Offence:
T0 clear speed.
Face tank everything.
Two button play style. Leap slam (Q) Flicker Strike (Spacebar)
2.5 Million Shaper DPS on current gear.

For realistic damage I face tanked and killed Hydra boss.

Build Requirements:
T1 Crit chance on sword 8.5% or more
Accuracy is very important to make sure you crit
30% flask recovery on belt and 28% quality flasks to give them perma sustain.

Testing this out, got to 70, dont have all the gear yet. Leveled as flicker starting at 28 with lakishu's blade. Swapped to 6 link with phys support gems using tabula after i could use multistrike. wrecking campaign... blitz charges really make it go zoom. Dont even have full ascendancy yet.

Am I wrong in thinking taunt doesnt reduce damage taken if you're the one applying it? It only makes them deal 10% less damage to OTHER targets, not the one that applies the taunt I thought.

Playing PoE since Heist league, and this is the first time i felt myself obliged posting on a guide i'm following, every league I try a new flicker strike build as this is my favorite skill, tried Raider cold FS, pure phys FS Slayer, Anger FS with Voidfoge, Red Trail bleed Flicker strike and even meme flicker builds as one using Kiatava's Feast, but this is by far the worst flicker build i ever had the displeasure of playing, it's pratically impossible to susatin frenzy charges, even using FS 21/20, perfect roll frenzy charge gain mod on helmet, and the frenzy charge gain mastery, for many times I just flicker a couple of times before my char just stop flickering and walk among the pack of mobs to die, depending on the amount of mobs in the pack, i bararely can face tank clean (non rare/non magic) T16 map boss, like the one from the maze map which insta killed me while i tried it clean for the panthoen upgrade, im following the badly writen guide to the letter, my crit chance is similar to yours as well as attack rate and hit chance, pratically same itens apart some bit of chaos res and flat dps (just mising around 500k dps) according to PoB, what's the trick behind this "meta" build?

I dont know if it was bad per say, but like it had massive issues with DPS without having the 750+ ele dps weapon. Some of the defenses listed like Taunt dont even work the way I think the OP thinks...

I got it to clear t16's easily enough but bossing even with vaal double strike feels awful, really difficult to sustain frenzy charges without blood rage... but then this build is super weak against dots, which is where it dies probably 99% of the time.

clear : 7/10 (mostly because flicker)
defense : 6/10 (no real dot defense, kinda tanky against hits tho)
fun: 4/10 (carried by flicker playstyle, but mostly crappy when you hit bosses)

OP doesnt respond to post either, so would not recommend you play this.
