How do I get 7 digit DPS for my 1H/shield jugg?

Casual player here. I've been working on the endgame for the past few weeks with my unguided build (only char in my account) and can comfortably do T16 maps. However, the DPS for my main attack is a measly 150k (Glacial Hammer + Hatred) and I keep hearing 1 mil+ is a bare necessity for endgame bosses like Maven. I mainly invested in passives for survivability but focused on 1H maces and shields. Do I have to respec for 2H weapons (got a 6L axe in my stash) and element damage?

Any advice appreciated.

I count 3 attack skills. You generally want 1 attack skill in a 6L for maximum damage.

And you want the most damage possible from the weapon. Like I don't know how much you have invested in the current scepter, but if you can get 150% to 200% that would be better.

I don't see cold mastery.

I don't see any warcries. Like see if enduring cry and seismic cry work with your damage output. And then you get warcries cannot exert travel skills as a war cry mastery or enchantment on item.

Most jugg builds that I've seen scale damage using warcries and sometimes war banner.

Get on POE Ninja and find characters using your skill setup and see what they do. Like I'd you wanna use glacial hammer, search by that.

You will also see there's a huge difference between level 100 and level 90.

Check out this POB for ice crash - multiple levels of gearing in it too. Gets up to 30 mil dps (according to poster, and i'm sure thats with end game farming/currency levels)

I myself was considering the switch when I saw 8 digit numbers. :)

I can reach maybe 5mil dps, which is enough so to speak, but everything has to be going to do so.

I'm sure you can make a variant to where you say do half that damage with a 1h/shield combo, compared to that 2handed madness. Then again, it's not glacial hammer. :)
