Lost Characters

In an attempt to activate trading for my characters that were apparently under a different account, I apparently merged an account that had a singular character from some time ago with an account that had two characters on settler league and several ones on standard. I'm fearful that this deleted the multiple characters that I had built reasonably well and lost dozens of hours of playtime.

I don't remember all the names of the characters on the account, but the two characters that were within Settlers league were named Twogani (a deadeye ranger) and Kaickul, a Templar. If it's at all possible to retrieve that account and characters, I would be most appreciative. It also had 13 stash tabs.
