private account wont become public

i play on xbox and need help with a build. im trying to change my account to public but even with the box unchecked it remain private. is there a hidden box i need to uncheck or what?

Could you please ensure that you have 'Set profile as private' unticked and making sure that you have clicked on the 'Update' button once you have done so? You may need to wait a few minutes before the changes are applied. Please also ensure that you are logged into the correct Path of Exile account. Your character profile of your most recently played character should be displayed at the top left of the website. If the issue persists, could you please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter for you?
