Will I receive my physical items?

I just bought the Kaurai Elemancer supporter pack, and a big selling point was the t shirt and hoodie. I was looking up pictures of them, and came across numerous posts here and other social media sites, of people saying they never recieved their items.

Will I recieve mine? Hopefully the issues have been resolved, as most the posts I saw were months ago. I saw too many posts not to be alerted.

Can someone at PoE or another user who knows let me know if I will recieve the waypoint shirt and hoodie? Thanks...
