how to active playstation ersion over previous PC/Mac account

i played back in early days on my Mac using inter fasce mods. i quit playing as things didn't work smoothly. several years ago i got game on PS4 but it's not linking here. How do I add or override previous computer data here ad link my Playstation versiom?

Unfortunately, I'm afraid it is not possible to transfer purchases or accounts between PlayStation and PC, as these versions of Path of Exile run on entirely separate platforms. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
