GGG Support doesn't want to help
I created my GGG account in 2013 and have it connected to my steam account since 2017.
I wanted to reset my password for my GGG account, but i dont recieve any reset mail when i trigger it. So i added the support mail address to my contacts and whitelisted it. Tried it again and i still don't recieve any reset mail. [Removed by Support] I can still play through my steam connection, so its not that bad and i can understand that they have safety concerns. But i provided more than sufficient data for them to see, that i am the legit owner of the account. Its not even my fault, that their password function doesnt work properly and doesnt send out the reset password mails, when triggered. The interaction has been going for days with 10+ mails written.
