infinite loading screen on Xbox series x

I can no longer load into Karui shores on my account. This issue started with longer than normal load screens. It would take me anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes to load into each individual area (karui shores, kingsmarch, my hideout, etc) for the first time. Subsequent loading screens to each area would be quicker though. This gradually lengthened to 10-15 minute initial load screens (subsequent loads were still normal after the initial load) and quitting the app and relaunching it multiple times. Now it's to the point that I can't load in at all. It just spins infinitely on the gears at the load screen. I can hear the environmental details, and I can even hear my skills menus switch when hit LT and RT to change between the radials. I just can't get to the game. I'm really hoping to go for full challenges for the first time ever this league, so any help getting me back into the game would be very much appreciated! Thanks for everything y'all do!

For further context I have rebooted my router multiple times. I'm hard wired in, not on wifi. And I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game once as well.

This just started working again with no changes made to anything on my end. I'll take it, but any idea what gives?
