Need help with Crit Ice Spear Ascendant Loop

I need some help with my build
After i start the loop there is one shot and that's it. I cant figure out why my loop not works even though the calculator said its fine

I'm going to take a guess and suggest the issue is with your Skeleton duration being 0 seconds.
Since CWDT can only trigger once per 0.231 seconds
They don't survive long enough to trigger a second time, my understanding is that you need 4x to die every 0.231 seconds and your build is killing 4 every 0.000 seconds, thus they're not alive long enough to trigger a second time.
