Question about Frenzy BowZerker acc stacker

How do you level this build and how much you need to invest so it starts to be viable.

I started straight filling in the path went with lightning arrow, at 80 got the strider boots on switched to more accuracy items, and the disappointment was next level: 2500 hp, 80k buffed dps felt really low, can't kill or survive anything, everything kills me even with ghost shroud on.

Mind you I got the main items and invested "only" 10 div in it.
The jewels, eyes and clusters cost like 500 div total or more, shit is insanely expensive. I thought there was a smaller power gap curve, that maybe with the gear I could afford I would get at least 3-4k hp and 300-500k dps which would at least allow me to map. But this is unviable without investing at least 100 more divs.

I regreted like 40 points back into melee/shield block and started ice crashing, instantly 3k hp, 300k dps, got a few more levels in.

Is this really another build that is only viable if you invest at least the 200+ divs in it? If so, how do you level it to 90-95 ?
