Is there a problem with email unlock function?

I have to play via a VPN, and VPNs change IP frequently, and the game log log-in locations, so I get unlock email all the time, and it's fine you just copy paste a code that's all, but until like 1 hour ago, there is no email coming, even when I test switch the registered email to another one, the confirmation email never came (to the other account), seems like the email service is down, if so please look into it.
