Can't get the E-Mail to unlock my Account

Hello Folks,
I tried to lock in my game, but it said i need to unlock it per E-Mail. i checked every Folder but i got no mail from you. plz fix this problem for me. I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with this over the forums. Can you please email us at support@grindinggear.com and provide your Path of Exile account name and the names of a couple of your characters?
