I've had this issue before.. most likely because my DNS fetches a new IP every now and then... usually i just get a code sent to my email.

only a guess but it dose come up fairly regularly, i would expect that it could be some sort of email provider spam filtering going on.
Most of the time emails get through fine but after a threshold is reached from they could be getting flagged as spam, and this usually coincides with league launches (the weeks before and immediately after) as everyone comes back and support end up with a shit load of support requests for a multitude of things. Eve if it is counted as spam it should go to spam folder, not being blocked entirely.
Altho i noticed that my email provider changed his policy about what spam is and what is not and try to force met to tag as spam emails i dont like to be tagged that way and not allow me to tag some sponsored spam. Backward world. |
