I can see the person has already been able to change the email and remove my steam link yet i am still logged in on the Website, i was playing and randomly got booted off saying someone else has logged in?

If items have been stolen then they won't be returned.
A few things you should be doing other than contacting GGG is stuff like securing your steam account and email account. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
