How to obtain critical strikes support and critical damage support gems as a Templar?

Hello,

Im using an arc templar build (link at the top), the guy who made the guide has arc linked to Added Lightning Damage,Increased Critical Strikes,Increased Critical Damage.

But when I check the crit strikes and crit damages support gems on the wiki it says that as a Templar I wont be able to obtain them as a vendor reward from any of the completed tasks and associated vendors listed on the wiki:

Is the only way for me to obtain these to use divination cards or to trade for them as a templar? New to the game since 2 days ago so I try to figure things out as I go, help much appreciated.

Siosa have them. Act 3 Library. Just take currency into backpack.
