Versatile Combatant keystone bugged

I am currently using the keystone and I am capped/overcapped on my attack block.. I then crafted 6% attack block onto my armour which only gave me 6% spell block in return..

The keystone states that you get 2% spell block for every 1% attack block above overcap, which in this case is not the case...

My attack block is 97% (65% uncap, 68% cap)

Either the wording is wrong or misleading on the keystone, or the functionality is amiss..

Edit: well of course the character stat screen could be bugged as well, showing the wrong numbers...

Looking at your character in PoB, it has to do with what happened to the 6% spell block you can't find.

Before the craft, you had 91% attack block (68% cap, 23% overcap) and 59% spell block
After the craft, you have 97% attack block (68% cap, 29% overcap) and 71% spell block (65% cap, 6% overcap).
But the character tab does not show uncapped spell block, so you do not see that your uncapped spell block is 71%; it only shows that you're at the 65% spell block cap.

Still confusing that they are not showing the overcap on spell block, but w/e :p
