No characters displayed on Xbox after account merge

Hello,

I’m trying to avoid contacting support atm considering all the work they should be doing with Poe 2 etc..
I done the account merge with my Xbox and Pc account. When I now login into the website I can switch account and see all my characters and different micro transactions on both accounts.
But when I start the game on the Xbox I get redirected to class pick screen like if I had no characters at all on that account. I dont see any useful option to make my characters show up so I’m clueless on what to do and I dont know why my characters just disappeared in the ether.

Any help please? Has it happened to someone else?

Edit: Solved. Sub account defaulted to PC which had no characters. Creating one made the sub account dropdown appear and I could then select the Xbox sub account.
