Do AoE attacks targeting the ground need accuracy?
I've just obtained poisonous concoction of bouncing (in SSF ruthless) and was just fiddling about with it and am surprised how well it does (in early campaign with no support gems).
The gem has attack tags and aoe, and I'm wondering if it can miss enemies within its AoE with insufficient accuracy. It's hard to tell. So far, it doesn't seem like it's missing. I know spell projectiles do not need accuracy, or spell aoe, but what about attacks? (Since it has an on-hit part, I assume it can also leech if specced into leech from any damage source?)
