PoE 2 Weapons

I dont know if i missed this or not but my question was, is all the weapons you can see as options in the trailer available in the early access? Flail, Spear etc. We didnt see them in action at least what i noticed.

Havent played the PoE 1 much at all so im not sure if there is some new weapons or not, or if they are ready in Early Access or for the full release.
