The description of this skill gem says:
"Supported Warcries will Trigger when their Cooldown is over." But then underneath the Support section says: "Supported Warcries are Triggered when their Cooldowns are over." Other than the bolded wording, what is the difference between these two lines? Why is this listed in the description of the skill gem twice? Thanks in advance for any answers and insights!
