Cross-play is available for Path of Exile 2. If you have both PC and console access to the early access, you'll be able to use your characters/progress regardless of which platform you play using!

Thank god for this thread! I already have a PS5 account since my buddy wanted to play but doent have a PC. I mostly game on PC but since i had read that it would be crossplay didnt think twice about it.
I Was just about to splurge on also buying the access for PC when i read this. This was a real dealbreaker. So between PS5 and PC there will not be actual crossplay ever? I suppose just the progress and characters but you would need to purchase all the tabs and everything for the separate accounts? Seems.... Odd..... and slightly scummy? Dont know whos to blame for it but seems like a Sony issue since the other platforms are actual crossplay. So sad when big gaming companies dont realize what will hurt them in the long run. |
