Early Access two Keys, not allowed to log in

POE2 Early Access I have a Steam key and a GGG key and neither works
I have a Steam key, downloaded the game, and it says I do not have early access "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now." So I bought the $30 package and now have a POE2 key, yet the POE website says it is not redeemable. "Key is not applicable to your account" Help Last bumped on Feb 18, 2025, 7:57:38 AM

Once you have purchased an Early Access Supporter Pack, the key would have automatically been applied to your Path of Exile account. Your Early Access eligibility on the account you are logged into on the website should be available here: Path of Exile 2 Early Access
The Steam Path of Exile key is purely to unlock the download in the Steam platform, it doesn't give you Early Access on your Path of Exile account. I can't login either, but it is because my account is locked.
Mods are non-responsive to emails either. Gimme back my $30 |

" I'm in the exact same boat and GGG has been helpless in solving the problem. I've been dealing with their support on-and-off with this same exact issue for over 5 years, with months of response time in some cases. I don't understand how they have such a loose grasp on their own authentication system. I don't even know why my account is locked, I've only ever used it to play the game and give them my money. |

Should be the first thing to do...
provide an easy acess to the game. Ultimatly this kind of inefective support while make ppl quit and transition to other arps. While they are fixing pixels and minor bugs there are players locked out of the game. But the worse part is that they don´t even anwser to the mails. |
