Escape Shot reccomended support gem Expanse unsocketable

When gemcutting a support for Escape Shot it shows Expanse as unsocketable and proceeds to disallow it as a support even after cutting it anyway. Expanse reads that it can support skills you cast yourself but cannot support any skill with a cooldown, though Escape Shot is both self-cast and does not have a cooldown.

yea it's weird because expanse is even listed in the recommended gems so devs obviously intended it to work with the escape shot but it does not
