POE2 The Titan Grotto Boss Crash character hard locked

If you kill the titan grotto boss while he is doing the laser beam attack the laser never disappear and continue to grow. It will start to lag but stops when you leave the surrounding area. I started traveling back towards the area and my game crashed. Now I am hard locked because everytime I log back into that character it loads in the same instance and immediately crashes. Hopefully the instance will expire or I will have to start from the beginning.

Killed a boss during a skill animation. Even after death the skill is still active. Does damage, etc. Immediately very much reduced fps. When I passed further location, I was thrown out of the game. And further does not give to load the character. Bug report 1 355 418 855

I manage to fix it by deleting the "cache" files in "%AppData%\Path of Exile 2"

I deleted every folder that has "cache" in it's name.

It logged me back in "The Titan Grotto" and i could continue playing.

Same problem Xbox series x. Deleted reserved space didn’t help. I can create another character, however my level 29 is crash locked.

Same issue, game is super slow, you can open option menu or log back to char selection screen, but it will kick you out if you would try to do anything else.
Specs:
win 11, CPU - AMD 5900, GPU-AMD 7900XTX, 32bg ram

Update- after an hour or so, bug resolved itself, yet still something to look at :)

After a while, the map is updated and the error is fixed. Since the animation that causes the bug is missing

Had the same problem, deleting cache didn't work for me. I hope waiting will work.
