Map Device instant disconnect

Hello,
Upon entering a portal created by Map Device I get instantly disconnected.
Tried changing servers, checking integrity of files and using portal in someones hideout (this person had the same issue).
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

im getting same problem, had to use a new waystone
