[POE 2] Freezing mark nova not triggering

Freezing mark's death nova does not trigger when it is applied via hand of chayula.

Edit: Even when self cast, the death nova sometimes does not trigger. Unclear what causes it.

Also probably encountering the same bug.
Freezing an enemy under the effect of a chaos dot with chaotic freeze support will have freezing mark's nova execute inconsistently.

Spamming hand of chayula on a frozen enemy will usually trigger the nova.
However hexblast and essence drain never seem to trigger the nova.

Trying to use Freezing Mark with my Sorceress, the nova effect never seems to trigger when the target is killed by a spell.
