Ancient Vows Relic Lost

Dropped an ancient relic from my inventory. Going back to complete the quest now and it will no longer drop from mobs.

i have the same problem collected the relics in Cruel drop them and cant get them back.
i cleared The Bone Pits and Keth multiple times and they dont drop anymore |

Same Issue but on regular Difficulty.
I accidentally dropped my Relics on the ground. Now the quest says "Insert Relics" but I dont drop any relics which I tried to refarm for 2 hours. Jesus my lifetime got wasted with this. |

yep i dropped the item but dropped it on the floor because my inventor was full im lvl 80 now almost and still cant finish the quest because the relic from Keth is not dropping anymore, cleared the area like 20 times and nothing.
