Lost Skill Point

POE 2, I had 3 skill points to spend so I chose an attribute upgrade but wanted to check my character stats before choosing. I pressed ESC and it asked if I wanted to apply my passive skill slot where I pressed NO. When I returned to the skill tree the skill point was gone and no point was spent.

Same issue, lost 1 point when respecing. Might have lost more during all this respecing and testing.
I really want my points :(( |
