Poe 2 key is invalid

So i got a key from a friend and used it on steam, it worked there and i was able to download the game, but when i'm gonna login in it says i don't have acess to the game, i tried to redeem in the website, but every try is met with "the key is invalid", so i don't really know what i am suposed to do.

you need to check that the key you got is an Early Access Key and not a Client Key. They are different and some people for example get multiple Key for the same account to play on different platforms (Steam/Epic..) but these keys are just to download the client/launcher they don't give EA. It is really an Early Access Key. I’ve already played, and my character is at level 83. Now, I can't access the game. I’ve checked, and it seems that my Early Access Key access has expired.
