Issue: Path of Exile 2 key not received after payment

After purchasing the early access supporter pack and receiving the receipt from Xsolla I did not receive the key.

In the website, a notification for new message appeared but upon clicking on it, I did not see any new messages and my account when trying to log into PoE 2 is still considered as not having early access yet.

Does anyone know how to refund if I buy the game on the website? Will I have to contact the bank or I can request GGG to do so instead? GGG support email is doomed right now and cannot be contacted, I have been trying since Sat 7th Dec already.
It has been 6 days since I bought the game and sent a support email to you guys, please at least answer on the forum or email to confirm the situation or something dear god.

I understand that your email is overloaded and it is very hectic right now managing the game but this is taking way too long for even a simple response like "we're looking into it" and let me be at ease. It's just $30 ffs, I don't even care if I don't get refunded but at least let me know SOMETHING.
... Still no updates, it has been almost 10 days without a single damned reply. For Email it should be around 5 - 6 working days already considering the first email failed to be sent. What the hell are you guys doing.

I'm not sending any additional support emails as you guys said it would interfere with the support process, but at this point do I need to spam 10 fucking emails per day to get some sort of response?

At this point we are just assuming they are taking the stance of "suck it"
Many many users have went weeks even having support tickets since before early access launch with no response.

I got a forum response after someone recommended I contact my bank for a charge back and they said that initiating a charge back could result in negative action against my account.

My account for a game I cant play...

My advise is to do what I did and report it to Gamers Nexus. Maybe if they get enough emails they will feature the issue to their audience and the backlash will force a response.
Fucking scammers. Still no reply to this day, no way to contact or anything. They reached out once saying "hey we can help you" and disappear into the sunset. I'm a dumbass for being excited for these guys.
