Need Help with character on wrong GGG account
Hello every1
When PoE2 launched, in all the hype and race to get loged in. I created my character on the wrong account (got 2 accounts for GGG for some reason) is there any way to transfer a path of exile 2 character from one account to another? i contacted the support, in hope that there might be a merge of the sub-account and main account (with the supporter pack) there is probably alot going on right now, but i hope i can access my Store Points soon, since i really need some stash tabs :D have a nice day! |

Update on my Store Points
Since it seems like support tickets will take some time with the ammount of work for support right now, i choose to not miss out on the stash tab sale and bought the tabs i need. So instead of transfering Store Points, id rather just have the accounts merged. Or my PoE2 Characters transfered to the main account. Not sure if this helps, but I am in the same situation - got characters on one subaccount about currency on the other. Even bought some stash tabs on the account that is already in use.
I wrote to support and answered their Email, but it seems like they are a tiny bit overworked. So yeah, you are not alone and I hope they figure this out sooner rather than later (as I personally am keen to update my supporter pack). Last edited by SennaNahrion#3918 on Jan 4, 2025, 9:26:17 PM

They keep telling people to submit messages on so many different threads and they have this massive backlog but they aren't resolving anything period they send some copy paste message for starters and drag it for 2 months, is unacceptable.
