Mercenary - Auto-Reload lag / interruption

There seems to be an issue with the Mercenary class auto-reloading bolt / ammunition-type skills when dodging before reload is complete causing an excessive delay before firing again.

- As a Mercenary, load a skill-based ammo-type (i.e. Galvanic, Fragmentation,
Incendiary, Rapid).
- Fire until ammo is depleted
- Dodge roll before character begins to fire again after reload
- Crossbow will now refuse to fire for up to 5 seconds even though the dodge is complete and the skill icon displays a positive ammo count (the character will be stuck holding their crossbow down / in passive mode)

This does not occur if the skill did not run out of ammo before dodging, so it appears that the action of dodging is interrupting the reload.

I've also consistently run into this and it feels like a bug because after 1-3 seconds the character still doesn't reload. It seems like letting go of the trigger will allow the reload to initiate but if I'm not dodge rolling and I'm holding the trigger reload happens automatically so it feels inconsistent or a bug.
