Question Regarding Scavenged Plating

I just got this last night but I couldn't figure out if it procs as long as I'm hitting enemies with any skill or only as a biproduct of one supported skill like Armour breaker?

Found my own answer after some trial and error, in case anyone is curious it only works off the back of Armour Breaker.

I know I'm late to the party, but I'm building a warrior with Scavenged Plating too. It procs alot more often with talents from the passive tree like Shattering Blow etc. It's important to have skills that Break armour.
