Shockburst Rounds Quality Issue

Shockburst rounds merc Skill at level 15 has 17 rounds loaded, i have added up to 15% quality and it still only loads 17 rounds despite quality saying it adds 5 rounds

Can confirm. Quality is doing nothing. Not just a visual bug either.

Can confirm. I have a gem at 20Q level 23, and it has 21 bolts - if i put in a similar without q it still has 21

UPDATE: appears to be multiple crossbow skills don't get additional bolts with quality

Can confirm, quality adds no additional bolts, even though it's supposed to.
