How long is the support response?
Hey!
I'm wondering how long is the support request as of now with poe 2 out. I've been waiting for a reply on my support ticket that I've answered 2 weeks ago, but I have yet to receive an email from the support that would be changing what I asked them to do. How long does it take and should I be replying if I got only an automated message saying : "We ask that you please refrain from sending follow up emails for your request as this both slows down our ability to process requests and could bump yours back in the queue." the guy who wanted to unlink his steam got a reply after 72 days. |

I'm 12 days away from 3 months. I've been waiting since Nov 21st 2024 for support to finish my mtx transfer from xbox to pc

Got a first email response 12 days after the first one asking for some information: character names and stuff and since then: No response whatsoever. Won´t buy any more content until this is fixed and probably will end up quitting because of this inefective support. Yeah this is an awesome ARPG but the lack of proper customer support just makes the gaming experience terrible |

I've been waiting 3 months for an email response, GGG support is simply non-existent, it's actually insane. Never buying anything from this company again.

I sent them an email 8th Dec. and was asked for more info on 25th Dec.
I quickly replied, and I am still waiting. It sucks for them, since I wanted to not complicate things further by trying to upgrade more, so they won't get more money from me until my issue is fixed. Any day now, right? |
