MTX Finisher Effects Not Working

Bought the Chayula finisher effect, equipped to my monk and have not seen a single activation of it.
Could possibly be due to me using only DoT damage, haven't tried anything else but still. Last bumped on Dec 12, 2024, 10:59:57 AM

My option for the weapon-added effect disappeared in POE2, and in POE1 I can't equip it anymore. Please address the issue. Thanks.
